As we prepare to soar into the second half of 2017, Savvy Birds introduces you to the first of their upcoming boutique health and wellbeing workshops to ensure you help you work towards achieving your personal and professional goals. Savvy Birds presents “A Better Perspective for a Healthier You” on Saturday 3rd June, 2017 at The UNE Centre, 24 Fitzroy Street, Tamworth.
The day will bring together guest facilitators to provide helpful strategies and deliver sessions to inspire, challenge and motivate you to set in motion your own personal health plan. Join us for an afternoon with Diane Gray (Changing Change International), Brady & Jess Walker (F2F Functional Training) and Katie Arndell (Hunter New England Health) to build a plan to improve your business health through a holistic approach to your own wellbeing and company strategy. The afternoon will provide opportunities to network, share a nutritious meal, workshop a plan and trial some exercise modalities, and develop your own visionary health and wellbeing tool to drive you over the second half of 2017.
Food & Drinks:
We will be providing a nutritious lunch and afternoon tea snacks to keep you fuelled through the workshop. Nutritious drinks and teas will also be provided throughout the day.
Who should come?
Anyone with an interest in working towards being the best person they can be, both personally and professionally. We are living in a time of constant stimulation, change and pressure to achieve – and this workshop aims to provide you with tools to implement strategies to manage all three.
What to wear?
Smart casual. There will be an opportunity to blow some cobwebs out and get moving throughout the afternoon – so make sure you bring something comfortable to change into.
